1. Who these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and any booking you make with Kish Rent A Car ("KishRent"). By booking, you confirm you have read and accepted them together with our Rental Policy.
2. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed when you receive a KishRent reference number.
- Prices shown include comprehensive insurance; optional extras are itemised before you confirm.
- The renter must meet the eligibility and documentation requirements in our Rental Policy.
3. Cancellations and changes
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Date or vehicle changes are subject to availability — contact us via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and licence information.
- Use the vehicle lawfully, within Oman, and return it in the condition received (normal wear excepted).
- Pay traffic fines, tolls and penalties incurred during your rental period.
5. Our responsibilities
- Deliver a roadworthy, professionally maintained and insured vehicle.
- Provide 24/7 support, including roadside assistance during your rental.
- Handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Omani law. We are not liable for indirect losses (such as missed events) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Website content
Content on this site is provided in good faith for general information. Vehicle availability and pricing shown are indicative until confirmed in a booking. All site content is the property of Kish Rent A Car.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat.
